Garlic Vinegar Pork - Filipino food

Hi Friends,

Here's another favorite simple dish that I learned from my Mama - Garlic Vinegar Pork. I just gave that name to this dish. Obviously, the main ingredient is pork. This can be an appetizer or main dish.
I love this even more when dip in hot spicy vinegar paired with hot rice.



Ingredients:
1/2 kg pork belly, sliced
3/4 cup white vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp umami seasoning
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup water

Instruction:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Cook in medium heat, let it boil until mixture evaporates with stirring every 2 minutes.
3. Keep frying until golden brown
4. Serve with spicy vinegar and hot rice
5. Enjoy.
